RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Satisfaction guaranteed on our LED headlight bulbs. If you need to return your purchase, you may certainly do so for any reason, within 30 days of delivery of your order for a full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping.  


  • All merchandise must be in original packaging, and in new, resellable condition.
  • After they have been received, tested, and inspected for damage, buyer will receive a refund back to original form of payment.
  • If you ordered the wrong set of lights, you may exchange them for the correct set. Buyer pays for return shipping. Please make sure you order the correct bulb number to avoid this. 
  • All exchanges are refunded due to inventory tracking, so the correct set needs to be purchased again. This speeds up the exchange process as the customer can re-order immediately if they like, while the return is still in transit. 
  • For damaged shipments, please send us an email using the Contact page before shipping it back. The shippers ask that you hold onto the package while the claim is being processed just in case they ask for it to be taken to their local hub for inspection. Take pictures of the damage and we will get them from you, and start the damage claim with the shipper. The claim can be started immediately, so you get your money back faster, but no later than 30 days after the mailing date, as shippers don't take damage claims after 30 days. All shipped items are fully insured. 
  • In the very small chance you encounter a defect, please perform the troubleshooting stated on the Warranty page, and we will replace the defective part. Use the Contact page to start the warranty replacement request. We will advise what steps are needed at that time. Please make sure to perform all the troubleshooting steps.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

If you need to return or exchange an order, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by using the Contact page. Please allow up to 72 hours to process your RMA.   


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Depending on when the orders come in, and when the shippers close, some will go out same day, and some the next day. Cancellation requests may or may not be able to be processed in time before shipping. If it‘s already been shipped, it then becomes a normal return, and is governed by the return policy above. We will issue a refund when it’s received. 


REFUNDS & CREDITS

After your return is received, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method that you originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be the original purchase price, including tax if a Florida resident. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the credit to appear in your account depending on how quickly your bank processes refunds.
